Note that when you create assets within Business Manager, you won’t be taken through the standard setup wizard directly.

Then on the right, click on the Add button and choose to Create a New Page from the drop-down menu. From there, you’ll be taken through the standard wizard to fully set up your new Facebook page. Follow this same process to create other assets as well from the Business Manager.

Claim Your Assets In Business Manager

To claim business assets you own, select the relevant tab asset in the left navigation. Also, click the Add button on the right and select the option to add a page, an ad account, or another asset. The attempt you choose will be added to your business manager incontinently since you have full control of them.

You should only add assets you own to Business Manager because only one Business manager can claim an asset. therefore, if you claim a customer’s Facebook page, your customer will only be suitable to request access to it; they would not be suitable to claim it themselves, rather, you need to request access to a customer’s page, ad account, or another asset.

This is extremely important to note when claiming advertisement accounts. While pages can be removed from the Business manager, ad accounts can’t. therefore, you don’t want to claim an ad account that doesn’t belong to you.

Request Accessible To Business Assets Held By Others

If you’re not the owner of an asset (page, ad account, or product catalog), you can request to add that asset to your Business Manager.

Requests: If someone appeals to claim or access one of your business assets, it will show up in Requests.

Notifications: To get email notifications for specific Business Managers that are related to events, make those settings in Notifications.

Observe Performance:

you should have full translucency in the Ads Manager on the ROI of your advertisements. Some noteworthy criteria to cover are:

  • Clicks:  the number of times someone has clicked on your ads
  • Impressions:  how the number of times your advertisement was viewed
  • Conversion Rate: what proportion of people who click your ad goes on to come a lead or make a purchase.

Set an alarm at the same time every day to check in on your ads. However, in copy, and targeting, if you’re not getting any traction try tweaking the creative.
