How to whitelist emails on different platform.

1)Gmail 

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts

  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Move the pointer over the From address.
  3. Choose "Add to Contacts."
  • If you find the email in your spam folder, do the following

  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Select: Report/no spam.

Note - (Regularly check your Spam folder for legitimate emails, as sometimes genuine messages may be mistakenly marked as spam.)

2)Yahoo!

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Move the pointer over the From address.
  3. Choose "Add to Contacts" and then save.
  • If you find the email in your spam folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Next, select "Not Spam."

3)Apple iPhone

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Click "From address"
  3. Next to the From field, click the arrow.
  4. Choose and select Create New Contact
  5. Click "Done"
  • If you find the email in your Junk folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Click the arrow at the bottom.
  3. Choose Mark as Non-Junk.

 4)Outlook 

  • To include the recipient in your list of safe senders:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Take note of, click Junk > Never Block Sender on the Message tab.
  • If you find the email in your Junk Email folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Choose Report Message > Not Junk under the Message tab.
  3. When the "Report as not junk?" popup window shows up, choose Report.
  4. Then, under the Message tab, choose Junk > Never Block Sender.

5)Outlook (Office 365)

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Move the pointer over the From address.
  3. Pick Additional Options (Triple Dot)
  4. Next, select Add to Contacts than Create
  • If you find the email in your Junk Email folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Hold down the Not Junk button.
    From the Report menu, choose "Report as Not Junk".

6)Samsung Mail

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Click "From address"
  3. Choose "Add to Contacts."
  4. Select "Create Contact" and "Save."
  • If you find the email in your spam folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Pick Additional Options (Triple Dot)
  3. Click on Remove from Spam.

7)Apple Mail Client (Mac OS)

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email.
  2. Move the pointer over the From address.
  3. Choose Add to Contacts by using the down arrow.
  • If you find the email in your Junk folder, do the following:
  1. Choose the email and press "Move to Inbox."

8)Thunderbird 

  • Adding the recipient to your Address Book:
  1. To view the email, select it.
  2. Select "From address"
  3. Choose "Add to Address Book."
  • If you find the email in your spam folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Choose the Not Junk button after pressing Junk.

9)AOL Webmail 

  • To include the recipient in your Contacts:
  1. Click on the email to view it.
  2. Click "From address"
  3. Choose "Add to Contacts."
  4. In the First Name and Last Name fields, type a value.
  5. To save, click the ADD CONTACT button.
  • If you find the email in your spam folder, do the following:
  1. Click on it to view the email.
  2. Press the "Not Spam" ("OK") button
